- Shipping Methods: We utilize reliable Australian-based couriers to deliver your orders safely. Standard shipping is provided free of charge for all orders over $1000 within Australia.
- Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays may affect delivery times.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
- Shipping Issues: In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy:
At Martha Jewellery, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient ordering process. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been accepted by us.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel an order that we have previously accepted at any time before delivery, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Inability to supply the goods within a reasonable time due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Errors on our website relating to descriptions, prices, or images.
- Failure to meet our payment terms or if we are unable to process or accept your payment.
Cancellation Notification: If we cancel your order after acceptance, we will notify you promptly using the contact information provided.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Return and Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for items of equal value.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear.
- All packaging and certificates must be returned.
- Proof of purchase must be presented.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items: Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery or within a reasonable time under applicable guarantees and legislation.
Exclusions (Not eligible for exchange or refund):
- Resized rings (before or after purchase)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Engraved items
- Custom or made-to-order products
Return Process:
- In-store Returns: Return online purchases at our store with your tax invoice or order email.
- Postal Returns: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
- Shipping Return Charges: All return shipping costs must be pre-paid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Loss or Damage: You are responsible for returned items until we receive them. We recommend insuring your return (e.g., via Australia Post ‘Extra Cover’). Include your shipping or order confirmation email in the return package.
Return Costs: We do not reimburse return shipping or insurance charges unless the item is faulty.
Refunds: Upon verifying the returned item’s condition, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. Shipping fees and applicable taxes/duties are non-refundable.
Repairs: For minor issues, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. Material supplements may incur additional charges.
Notes to Customers:
- For jewellery with gold or platinum fineness ≥ 99.9%, the accessory fineness shall be: gold > Au900, platinum > Pt900; solder fineness: gold > Au900, platinum ≥ Pt800. Pricing is based on the product’s main component.
- Product weight may vary by ±0.01g due to scale deviation.
- Please check the product quality and condition before leaving the store. No refunds are offered for non-defective items. For exchanges, goods must be undamaged and in resalable condition. Visit the store within 7 days with the product, original invoice, and certificate.
- All deposits are non-refundable. No amendments or cancellations are accepted after placing orders (including reservations or mountings).
- One free repair is available with original invoice. Additional materials will be charged based on current gold or material prices. Repairs without invoice follow our Jewellery Maintenance Policy. Some designs or severe damage (e.g., electroformed, hard gold) may not be repairable.
- Resizing mounted rings may cause distortion or stone loosening, especially with large size changes. We may decline resizing in such cases. No refunds or compensation will be provided. Extra materials will be charged as above.
- In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English terms, the English version shall prevail. Please bring the product, invoice, and certificate (if any) for after-sales service, subject to the prevailing service terms. For details, refer to our in-store guidelines.
- In case of dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
